At the BISS Bakery Learning and Skilling Centre in Katalemwa Cheshire Home, an incredible training session is underway! BISS Bakeries, in partnership with Light for the World, is equipping Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) with vital baking skills for an improved livelihood.
This hands-on training, which started on 23rd September 2024 and ends on 09th November 2024, will provide these men with the skills and tools to build sustainable careers in the baking industry, fostering both self-reliance and financial independence. Through baking, we are creating not just bread and cake, but opportunities for inclusion, dignity, and growth with a focus in creating employable manpower in the growing baking industry.
