Operating from Central to East Uganda up to Karamoja regions, we are determined to break the barriers and face off with any challenge to ensure the bakers are to the best of our standards, like our slogan says, ”Bake it SMART and simple”.
From the crack of dawn to the warmth of dusk, through dusty roads and rainy weather, we visit bakeries, assessing their operations, and offering expert guidance to overcome challenges. Whether it’s refining recipes, optimizing production, good customer and HRM or implementing safety protocols, our support is tailored to meet each bakery’s unique needs.
